Chances are you already know how important it is to get and stay active, you probably wouldn’t be here otherwise, but did you know exercise is only part of the puzzle? Even more surprising is it isn’t even the most important piece!

Have you heard the expression “You can’t out exercise a bad diet?”. Guess what? It’s true! One of the best things about CrossFit is it encourages you to make positive lifestyle changes which support the work you do in the gym and help you achieve your goals. Chances are you are saying to yourself “My diet is pretty good” or “I don’t eat that badly”. Time for some real talk...it probably isn’t as good as you think. We can help!
