Anti-Harassment Policy
Respectful Conduct & Anti-Harassment Policy
At CrossFit Valley Center, everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and welcome.
We are committed to providing an environment free from harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and inappropriate behavior. This applies to all members, employees, coaches, guests, vendors, and visitors, at all CFVC locations, events, and CFVC-related activities — including online or digital interactions connected to the gym.
What We Don’t Tolerate
Harassment or discrimination of any kind, including behavior based on:
Race, color, ancestry, or national origin
Religion
Sex, pregnancy, or related medical conditions
Gender, gender identity, or gender expression
Sexual orientation
Age
Physical or mental disability
Medical condition or genetic information
Military or veteran status
Any other characteristic protected by law
This includes, but is not limited to:
Offensive or derogatory comments, jokes, slurs, or gestures
Unwanted physical contact or intimidation
Sexual advances, comments, or imagery
Harassing texts, emails, social media messages, or online posts
Disrespectful or unprofessional behavior that interferes with others’ experience
You don’t have to intend harm for behavior to be inappropriate. Impact matters.
If There’s a Problem
If you experience or witness behavior that doesn’t align with these standards, please let us know. You can report concerns to:
A CFVC coach or staff member
A CFVC owner or manager
The CFVC administrative team (via email: cfvc@crossfitvalleycenter.com)
We take all concerns seriously and will respond promptly and respectfully.

Our Commitment
CFVC reserves the right to take appropriate action, up to and including removal from the gym or CFVC activities to maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
