What is HIIT? Cardio intensive classes for those who are looking to get in, sweat, and get on with their day. HIIT classes are programmed to get you moving quickly and keeping you sweating for the entire 30 minute class. Workouts include bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and sandbags used to mimic actions you do in real life, like lifting, pulling, pushing, and squatting. Combined with cardio equipment - rowers, bikes, jump rope - to create workouts designed to make you better at life.

What is FLEX? A fitness approach that blends the principles of traditional bodybuilding with functional training to create balanced, practical strength and conditioning. Unlike conventional bodybuilding, which often focuses on aesthetics and isolated muscle groups, Functional Bodybuilding emphasizes movements that enhance overall athleticism, stability, and mobility.

What is CrossFit Teens? Young athletes require specialized training techniques to excel in their chosen sports. Our experienced coaches have crafted an innovative program that combines the principles of CrossFit with age-appropriate exercises, ensuring a safe and effective training environment.
