HYROX
TRAINING CLUB
VALLEY CENTER, CALIFORNIA
A DIFFERENT KIND OF WORKOUT.
Never heard of HYROX? You're not alone. It combines running with eight functional workout stations — sled pushes, rowing, farmers carries, wall balls, and more — in a format that's challenging, structured, and unlike anything else you've tried.
You don't have to race to love HYROX training.
Most of our members train HYROX simply because it's an incredible workout. It builds strength, endurance, and mental toughness in a way that keeps things fresh week after week. No race required.
If you ever do want to compete, we'll have you ready. But that's entirely up to you.
Already a CrossFit athlete? Our long grind HYROX sessions will take you back to those brutal mainsite days — the kind of workout that tests your engine and your will to keep moving. If you've been missing that feeling, come find it again.
A runner looking for more? HYROX adds strength and functional fitness to your training that makes you a better, more well-rounded athlete.THE ENGINE BUILDER. Our dedicated HYROX classes run twice a week and are built around the demands of race day. Expect long, sustained workouts that combine running with the exact functional movements you'll face on the course — sled work, erg training, farmers carries, lunges, and wall balls. These sessions train your body to keep performing when it's already tired, which is exactly what a HYROX race demands.
Our HYROX programming pairs perfectly with our HIIT classes to build the conditioning that makes everything else easier.
Come for the workout. Stay for how it makes you feel.
