THE ENGINE BUILDER. Our dedicated HYROX classes run twice a week and are built around the demands of race day. Expect long, sustained workouts that combine running with the exact functional movements you'll face on the course — sled work, erg training, farmers carries, lunges, and wall balls. These sessions train your body to keep performing when it's already tired, which is exactly what a HYROX race demands.
HIIT THE SKILLS. Five days a week, our HIIT classes give you the intensity and movement quality to sharpen every station skill in your arsenal. These shorter, high-output sessions build the power and conditioning needed to move efficiently through sled pushes, ski erg pulls, and erg rows — even under race fatigue. By consistently refining your technique and holding yourself to proper movement standards in training, you'll hit race day with cleaner reps, fewer no-reps, and the kind of mechanical efficiency that saves seconds at every station — adding up to a faster finish when it counts most.
THE RUN CLUB. Running makes up roughly 50% of your total HYROX race time, which means your aerobic base is your biggest performance lever. Our run club develops the cardio capacity you need to hold pace across all 8km, even after each workout station. Whether you're new to running or just want to get faster, our run club meets you where you are and builds from there.
