NUTRITION FOR RESISTANCE TRAINING. How to eat to support strength, without obsessing. Protein targets, pre/post-workout fueling, and how to ditch diet culture for good.
PROGRAMMING 101. How to build a resistance training program that fits your actual life. Sets, reps, progressive overload, what it means and how to apply it.
TECHNIQUE - FOUNDATIONAL LIFTS. We move to the floor. Coaches walk you through the lifts every woman should know, with real-time form coaching.
INBODY TESTING. Body composition testing on our INBODY will be available during the seminar.
SNACKS AND REFRESHMENTS PROVIDED. Hangout after for some snacks and chats.

Hi, I’m Erin. I stumbled into a garage gym right here in Valley Center nearly 15 years ago where some “crazy people were doing CrossFit” and never looked back. I was never a “gym girly” but this place was different. The people, fun! The workouts, hard! The coaches, encouraging! I was hooked. And, I never looked back.
I bring both the knowledge and the heart to help people move, feel, and live better. But honestly? What gets me out of bed in the morning. It's watching someone walk through our doors unsure of themselves and, over time, completely change the trajectory of their life. Not just their fitness, but their confidence, their community, their whole outlook.
