What’s included in your membership.
Class access. Unlimited access to all of our classes (CROSSFIT, HIIT, FLEX, YOGA) w/professional coaching and proven programming.
OnBoarding. Meet with a coach one-on-one to set you up for success.
Nutrition plan. Good nutrition is the foundation to any fitness program. A customized nutrition plans and support from your coaches is included with every membership.
InBody testing. Unlimited access to body composition testing. Don’t guess if you are getting the results you want.
Open gym. Flexibility when you need it. 5am - 10pm access to the gym 7 days/week for the days you just can’t make it to class. Extra programming is provided for Open Gym so you never have to wonder what to do.
Travel/Home workouts. A travel version of our daily workout is provided 7 days/week so you always have access to a minimal equipment version of the daily workout.
Online performance tracking. Track your workouts and see your fitness improve.

What to expect. A no sweat intro is typically 15-20 minutes. It is a chance to come in, see what we are about, and get answers to your questions. There is no pressure to sign up. We want to help you find the best fit for you and your goals. If that’s us, awesome!
