THE ENGINE BUILDER. Twice a week, these longer sessions combine running with functional movements like sled work, carries, and wall balls. They're tough, rewarding, and designed to push your limits — whether you're training for race day or just want to see what you're made of.

HIIT - M/W/TH/F 8:00AM - 8:30AM & 5:00PM - 5:30PM

HIIT THE SKILLS. Five days a week, 30-minute high-intensity sessions that build power, improve conditioning, and sharpen your movement — all in a format that's scalable to your fitness level. Show up, work hard, feel great. No experience needed.

RUN CLUB - OPEN GYM 3-5 DAYS/WEEK

THE RUN CLUB. Whether you've never run a mile or you're chasing a pace goal, our run club builds your cardio base at your level. Open gym format, 3–5 days a week — come as often as works for you.

  • If you can move, you can start. Our coaches scale workouts to your current fitness level so you're always challenged without being overwhelmed. No minimum fitness requirement needed.

  • Absolutely. Our classes combine strength and cardio in a way that maximizes calorie burn and builds lean muscle — one of the most effective combinations for sustainable weight loss.

  • Just comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. We'll handle everything else.
