People who want efficient workouts, enjoy a higher heart rate, and still value coaching and structure.
FLEX classes
Strength training with intention.
FLEX classes emphasize controlled strength work, accessory movements, and balanced training. These sessions complement CrossFit or stand alone for those who want a slower-paced strength focus.

People who want to prioritize strength, movement quality, and long-term joint health.
