What is CrossFit? CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that combines elements from different sports and types of exercise. It's all about functional movements, meaning the exercises mimic actions you do in real life, like lifting, pulling, pushing, and squatting. The goals is to make you stronger, fitter, and more capable in your everyday life. Simply put, CrossFit makes you better at life.

What to expect in class? Coach led training - adapted for you. Get ready for a high-energy, challenging workout that will push your limits! Each CrossFit class combines strength training, cardio, and functional movements to help you build strength, endurance, and agility. You'll start with a dynamic warm-up, followed by skill development and technique practice. The core of the class is the Workout of the Day (WOD), a varied and intense routine designed to keep your body guessing and your progress on track. Classes are scaled to your fitness level, ensuring a supportive environment where everyone can thrive. Expect to sweat, work hard, and leave feeling accomplished and empowered!

Support and accountability. The workout is important but it isn't the only component. A custom nutrition plan is included in your membership because we know the foundation of a good fitness program lies not just in the workout but also in the quality lifestyle changes. Our aim is to give you the tools and support you need to thrive both in and out of the gym.

Do I have to be fit to start? No, not at all. You don’t become fit to join CrossFit, you join CrossFit to become fit! While some movements might seem hard or intimidating at first, we’ll coach you through it. While we understand that walking into the gym the first time can be intimidating, there is truly no better place for you to take that first step. Our coaches are experts in the art of scaling and modifying workouts to meet you where you are.

HIITT CLASS

Sweat it out. Cardio intensive classes for those who are looking to get in, sweat, and get on with their day. HIIT classes are programmed to get you moving quickly and keeping you sweating for the entire 30 minute class. Workouts include bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and sandbags used to mimic actions you do in real life, like lifting, pulling, pushing, and squatting. Combined with cardio equipment - rowers, bikes, jump rope - to create workouts designed to make you better at life.

In addition to the CrossFit Teen Class, teen members (10 - 15 years old) are invited to attend our regular schedule of classes with a parent/guardian who has a CrossFit Valley Center membership. Family members receive a 10% discount. Contact us for details.

Teens 16 - 18 years are invited to join with a CrossFit Membership.

Looking for an individual coaching option? Personal training at our gym offers invaluable support for both beginners and seasoned CrossFit athletes. For those not yet ready to join group classes, personal training provides a more comfortable and less intimidating environment. It allows beginners to learn the foundational movements and techniques at their own pace, building confidence and ensuring a solid understanding before joining a group setting.

How can the experienced athlete benefit? For the experienced CrossFit athlete, personal training offers specialized coaching to target specific areas for improvement, refine techniques, and develop advanced skills. Whether it's breaking through a performance plateau or preparing for a competition, personal training provides the customized attention and expert insights necessary to achieve individual goals.
