OUR TRANSPARENCY POLICY

We believe in being clear and upfront about how our memberships work so there are no surprises. Please review the following policies regarding membership terms, holds, and cancellations. Please note, full details are available in our membership agreements.

  1. Auto-Renewal:
All memberships are set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. This ensures uninterrupted access to our facilities and services. Memberships do not automatically cancel due to non-attendance, schedule changes, travel, injury, or lack of use.

  2. Cancellation Notice:
To cancel your membership, a 30-day notice is required. This allows us to process your request efficiently and ensures no further charges are incurred beyond this period. Memberships are not prorated upon cancellation and pre-paid membership are non-refundable. Memberships cannot be canceled while on hold. If you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 30-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Please note: All outstanding invoices must be resolved before cancellation. If you have an overdue invoice your membership cannot be canceled and you will continue to accrue additional membership and late fees.

  3. Membership Holds:
Members may place their membership on hold for up to 2 months during the agreement period (not to exceed the agreement period). A 7-day notice is required for all hold requests, which must be submitted through our website. Holds must be a minimum of 1 month in duration and will start on the 1st of the month. Membership will resume automatically at the end of the hold period. It is the members responsibility to notify us of any extensions required before expiration of a hold.

  4. Submission of Requests:
All cancellation and hold requests must be submitted through the designated forms on our website. Please note that no other forms of notification (e.g., email, phone, in-person) will be accepted. Additionally, membership cancellations cannot be backdated. Forms are linked here: MEMBERSHIP HOLD and MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

  5. Member Responsibility:

Members are responsible for submitting hold and cancellation requests in a timely manner and in accordance with these policies. We are unable to make membership changes based on inactivity, assumptions, or lack of communication.
