A Free Intro is a short, in-person conversation with one of our coaches.
It’s a chance to talk about your goals, your schedule, what’s been getting in the way, and to see if CrossFit Valley Center is the right fit for you.
This is not a workout.
No workouts. No pressure. Just a real conversation with a coach who meets you where you are, whether you’re new, returning, or restarting.
