Think you know what to expect from group fitness classes? Think again! This is not your average gym membership. Our small group classes are incredibly effective at improving your fitness while cultivating a fun and supportive environment to keep you motivated. With two group class programs, METCON and HIIT, we have something for everyone.

CROSSFIT - Train Everything. Prepared for Anything.

CROSSFIT is all about being incredibly well-rounded, prepared, and capable. It’s a training methodology and mindset that helps prepare athletes for whatever life throws their way. Every day brings a new and exciting challenge to CROSSFIT!  In this incredibly diverse program, athletes literally train everything to be prepared for just about anything. Some workouts might be a sprint (short, fast, and light) while others might be a grind (long, slow, and heavy). Movements include everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifting. CROSSFIT will touch all ends of the fitness spectrum but on most days athletes will train right in “the middle” for the most intensity and greatest power output! If you’re looking for a high-powered, exciting, and challenging program...CROSSFIT is it. 


HIIT - Sweat. It. Out.

HIIT is our fast paced, high intensity program designed to get you in, fit, and on with your day. HIIT keeps the movements just a little simpler so you can go hard and get a great sweat. With a different workout everyday it never gets boring. Join one of our 3o minute classes for the perfect blend of cardio.

FLEX - Functional Strength + Bodybuilding

A classic high intensity CrossFit workout is a great way to work out. But wouldn’t it be nice to get to the gym and not have the workout stress of the clock or the pressure of setting a PR beating you down before you even start? Shouldn’t training be about feeling good, looking good, and ultimately enjoying your workouts?

We think so, which is why we are adding FLEX to our class offerings. Part of the FLEX charter is to ensure that athletes are ALWAYS having fun and not allow workout stress to become a thing. This is the main reason why there is NO formal testing or retesting in FLEX.

Athletes can hop in or out of the program as they see fit or combine FLEX with other classes to create a very well-rounded experience. The goal of FLEX is different from our other programs — we exclusively want to LOOK amazing, FEEL amazing, and HAVE A BLAST. Could you PR your Back Squat in FLEX? Maybe, but we won’t be chasing those numbers as much as we are chasing those GAINS.

OPEN GYM - Flexibility when you need it.

Need more flexibility? Get open gym access and set your own schedule. We partner with HybridAF to give you access to our 3600 square foot functional fitness equipped facility when you need it with a simple push of a button on your phone. Ready for use with your own programming or use one of our included programs to get an awesome workout that works with your schedule.

Schedule a FREE no sweat intro. Click the link below and set up a time to meet with a coach. Get a tour of the gym, ask questions, and sign up for your membership.

Step 2.

Get a solid foundation. Work one-on-one with a coach to learn about our program. Our goal with our foundations program is to make sure you are comfortable with what to expect before jumping into classes.

Step 3.

Get started! Join our group classes and start crushing your goals. Our community is amazing and the workouts are awesome.
