We are sorry to see you go! If you plan to return to CrossFit Valley Center in the future membership holds are available. To put your membership on hold submit a Membership Hold Request. If you decide to reactive a canceled membership in the future (and we hope you do!) please note membership rates are subject to change. Rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applied.

To cancel your membership please fill out and submit the form below. Submission of this form will serve as a 30 day written notice to cancel.

Note: Cancelation notice must be received 30 days before scheduled membership renewal billing. If you have a payment scheduled within this 30 day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled.
